E.Y.E. LEAD Foundation’s mission is to ensure young men of color are exposed to excellence and leadership. We accomplish this by increasing self esteem, trauma healing, instilling excellence and providing leadership opportunities. 

 

E.Y.E. LEAD recognizes that having physical needs such as shelter, food, and safety consistently and reliably met is a right which no person should be denied, yet many of our young people, particularly those of color, are not afforded this right. 

 

Recognizing this, E.Y.E. LEAD has created an innovative housing and programming model that will allow young men of color to achieve their ambitious goals while further developing their identity and sense of self.
